Hi, I can't reply to your message directly- it does not come through as text. Yes, the recipe is tested, it is not tomatoey. An electric roaster is the 18 quart enamel roaster (Nesco, Hamilton Beach, etc,) usually sold for 40-50 dollars. To serve 60 teens I would make the recipe for 100, have 120 buns available, they usually eat 2 each. |
