brisket for 50

I was offered a chance to cater a party of 50. I have never done this before and was wondering how many briskets I should buy. I also want to serve green beans and augratin potatoes. I figure full pans of each should be enough, am I close please help. thanks Mary

Mary, you need one pound raw trimmed brisket for each two party size dinner portions. 18 pounds raw potatoes for the potato casserole. 1 1/2 to 1 3/4 gallons green beans. You also need bread and butter, pickles, onions,etc. See my BBQ and brisket page for some help.
