I am cooking for 75 people a for an anniversary party. How many turkeys and hams should I cook? |

There is a very good guide to estimating turkeys and hams in the holiday cooking section at the top of the Big Pots Main page- if that doesn't help, write again. |

Cook 50 pounds whole turkey for buffet service for 50- 3 16 pound would be fine. See the spaghetti/lotsa pasta page for info on beef anf noodles- one electric roaster full (18 quart) would be just right. The crepes can be made ahead and frozen, then thawed, topped and rolled day of service. Allow 2 large crepes per person for a full meal main course. PLEASE read the wedding dinner/ self catering your reception article before you get started. |
