HELP! I am making stuffed cabbage casserole in an electric roaster( it's an old one and I think it is 18 qt.)I need to feed 40 .YIKES it is this weekend and I cannot find recipes nor directions to roaster. HELP! |

One roaster should be just right. Use your recipe, make at least 80 rolls- I love them, would make 100-120- PAM the cookwalls well and put a layer of the chopped hearts and small leaves on the bottom before you load the main item into the pan, and preheat the tomatoes or tomato juice you pour over. Cover and keep covers, set the temp as for your regular recipe, but no more than 350- 325 is better- and allow at least 2 hours to cook. Bake covered, 350 degrees 2 hours; 275 degrees 3- 4 hours.
