Does anyone know of any ways to use the tofu whey that comes out of tofu making? It seems such a waste to throw it away. Any suggestions gratefully received. |

It makes good bread liquid and can be used as a soup broth base. But if you are going to use it, drain in the refrigerator if it is hot- the whey ferments very easily. |
