we're expecting 25 people (18 adults) to this weekends party. we're planning on serving Italian beef sandwiches along with several side dishes. 4 lbs of BBQ will also be available. How much beef should we offer? thanks! |

6 pounds ready to eat would be the bottom line, 8 would be excellent. Boneless raw beef shrinks about 40% when cooked. |
