Our building complex is having a Potluck BBQ. Each building is supposed to bring their own item to BBQ and a potluck dish. There will be several grills to accomodate this but my concern would be how to keep track of each buildings BBQ items. If everyone brought the same quality meat (hamburger/hotdog etc) no problem but lets say someone brought ground sirloin for a burger, I'm wondering how we might "mark" it while it's cooking. Any ideas? |

Some toothpicks with "freezer tape flags on it to write the name. |
