I am also having other food but the main is BBQ Baby Back Ribs!! Please help me and let me know how many pounds that I would need to purchase. Thank you so so much!!! |

If you are serving the meats (ie, they are not serving themselves), you need 2 to 3 ribs per person- please see the BBQ and brisket page for specific instructions on how to calculate a mixed BBQ plate for meny people. You DO NOT want baby back ribs unless you have an unlimited budget- they are about 3 times as expensive as regular spare ribs. Baby backs aren't better in my opinion- they are just easier to plate and serve ayt restaurants- so they have gotten huge ad time. Tray some regular- they cost 1/3 t 1/2 what the baby=backs do. For babybacks,only for this many, you would be looking at 250 pounss raw... |
