I have an allegery to gluten..but not to wheat or rye..strange huh?...anyway..using your directions to mix gluten free flour..will it work ok for sourdough bread....I also am allergy to yeast... |

I don't think so, unless you use a bread machine- check with Bette Hagman's gluten free baking book. |
