We are having a Congratulations/Graduation party for my sister's son who will be graduating from Marine boot camp. There will be about 100 people. We are having gyros, Italian beef and small pieces of grilled chicken. We are also having mostacholi, fresh fruit, veggie platters and fresh salad. We don't have a clue as to how many pounds of each meat we should buy and how much mostacholi to make. Please advise. Thank you.

If this will include his fellow grads, this will be a heavy eating crew.
Allow about 3 ounces of each meat ready to eat, for each of the persons. That is about 4 servings for each ready to cook pound.
The mostaciolli and sausage recipe for 120 on the lotsa pasta page is just about right for 100 as a side dish when the sausage is omitted. You can use it as a quantity guide for your own recipe.
I would DEFINITELY add 2 roasters or 10-12 9x13 pans of a starchy veggie such as, succotash, green beans with potatoes, rice and broccoli casserole or rice pilaf, etc to ease the meat eaters appetites.
