Your recipes for the chocolate fountain sound wonderful. I just bought a fountain and tried it once. I've been to functions where they had one and the chocolate hardened when it cooled. However, mine did not harden. I used chocolate chips and vegetable oil. Any suggestions? Thanks! P.S. Please do not sell or give me email address to anyone. Thanks! |

Probably a bit too much oil- try the microwave preheat method I discuss on the chocolate fountain page. |
