We a preparing a cold plate luncheon following a christening for 85 guests. We are serving large quantities of cold meats, breads, cheeses,pickles, fresh shrimp, salads and cakes. I need to know how many pounds of potatoes I need for potato salad. We are also serving large servings of colslaw, pasta salad, ceaser salad, taco salad, & marinated vegetables. The event is July 22/07. |

With all the other dishes, I would use about 16-20 pounds of potatoes, or 1/2 of one of my recipes for 100. |
