Corelle/China Swap

menu for 200

Hi Ellen, I have been pouring over your webpage and all the various links, including plan for 100 and big pots. However, I am still a little confused. I am planning a combined high school graduation and Eagle Scout celebration, with approx. 160 - 200 invited. I will serve smoked pork tenderloin as the meat. I plan on various sides that I am purchasing from the store premade. What I am not clear on is how much of each side I should purchase. I intend on: potato salad, mac n cheese, broccoli salad, green leaf salad, possibly frozen mixed fruit (strawberries, pineapple, peaches, mango, mixed with a variety of other berries), and pistachio salad, plus rolls and cake. First question: Is this too much variety? Second question, If so what would you cut out? Third, what specific amounts would you suggest I purchase of each side? Thank you, Alison
