35 lbs Butternut Squash
35 lbs Glazed Carrots
50lb Pot Roast of Beef( raw)
40 Turkey Breast ( raw bone in)
30lb Haddock (raw)

500 pieces of Fruit...Fruit / Dip Platter

12lb Cheese, 3lb pepperoni, 6lb crackers

Hi Michelle, way too much food if it is all for 1 meal

13 lbs Veggies for Veggie Platter, plenty,maybe some left. Ranch dip 1 pint per pound

500 pieces of Fruit...Fruit / Dip Platter, plenty,maybe some left.

12lb Cheese, 3lb pepperoni, 6lb crackers . 10 pound cheese plenty, some could be rolls or spreads

Garden salad, use plan for 100 list

45 lbs Roasted Red Potatoes, with pasta, 20 plenty
35 lbs Butternut Squash, 16 pounds ready to cook
35 lbs Glazed Carrots, 16 pounds ready to cook
50lb Pot Roast of Beef( raw- 35 pounds
40 Turkey Breast ( raw bone in)-20 pounds
30lb Haddock (raw)- 15 pounds
and you will have some left, probably some of each
