Cooking corn off the cob

I need to cook approx. 30 gallons of corn. It has been cut off the cob, blanched, cooled and frozen. I will thaw it before cooking but how much can I put in an 18 qt roaster? Should I start at 325 then turn it down after it starts to cook?

4 1/2 gallons is plenty for 100 people, so you have corn for 7-800.

I would not thaw, but cook from frozen for best flavor.

Bring water to a boil in the roaster, stir in the corn, cook covered 6-8 minutes, temp should be 145 in the pan.
