I need to keep pork sliders hot without getting soggy. I also have a sirloin sliced on crostini with gorgonzola butter I need to keep warm without getting soggy. I have chaffing dishes. What are your thoughts about a clean new heated pizza stone? I would rather not purchase anything new.

Keeping preassembled pork sliders from getting soggy is almost impossible. How many are you talking and how long are you trying to hold them?
