We are cooking a low country boil and wanted to know quantities for 15 men. We will have shrimp, sausage, corn and potatoes. I will also add onions too. Also how much shrimp boil and cocktail sauce to buy. Could use your help. Thanks

This is my standard recommendation for this dish:

shrimp- at least 1 pound per 4 and 1 pound for 2- 3 would not be too much, budget permitting. 2 pounds sausage and 4 pounds potatoes per 10. 1/2 ear corn per person, plus a few extra. 1 cup cocktail sauce per 5.

The shrimp boil, go by the amount of shrimp you decide on.
