Hi Alan,
Thanks for the interesting website.
I have a question about the okara
Is it safe to prepare food (veggie burger) from It, after It goes through a process of cooking about 10 minutes
I have a lot of okara when I make tofu at home...

This is what I do to make the tofo
Soak soybeans about a night.
Grinding them with mineral water at room temperature
Cook all the mash, 10 minutes after boiling.
Filters the okara from milk
Creates tofu from milk

Is this Okara, safe for eating?

Absolutely, but it does need to be pre-cooked/steamed as discussed on the okara page. You can freeze (in meal amounts in a flat layer in a baggie is easy) after precooking.
