Antipasto Salad

I am doing a fund raiser for our church and am anticipating 60 people. I don't think 60 people will eat Antipasto however, what would I need to make the salad? Any idea on how many loaves of Italian cheese bread and how much butter and Provolone cheese for the topping?

Thank you!!

Patrick there are two recipes on this site that will help with the antipasto- one for just the veggies, and the other for the full meat/cheese/veggie tray.

www.ellenskitchen.com/bigpots/appetiz2.html

For the bread, 8 pounds bread, 2 pounds butter, 3-4 pounds cheese. This assumes it is a side dish.

If this saves you time, trouble, or money, please make a donation, maybe a nickel or dime per guest, to support this site. Thanks.

I need to make a cold antipasto for 60 people. I'm ising dried sausage, pepperoni, roasted peppers, olives, mozzarella, some sort of sharp cheese and prosciutto. How much of each do I need to buy?

Look at the antipasto platter link above, make your estimates and post them and I will be happy to check for you.
