Ok, 10:30-2:30, about 37 people.

48 pieces of fried chicken (mixed)-OK, may have some left
12 pounds of cooked pulled pork for sliders-plenty
96 slider rolls-plenty
1 and 1/2 cups of rice for dirty rice, I will be adding about 3-4 lbs of ground meat
short; for this size group, I do at least 2 pounds rice, 3 if they are rice eaters
4lbs of cabbage for coleslaw- 7
1 7lb can of beans for baked beans- I usually plan 2 for 50, if they aren't been eaters you might have enough.
1 full sheet cake-OK
10 lbs of potatoes for potato salad-18

4 lbs of chips-OK, consider 1 pint dip per pound

water and soda
80 cans of variety of soda- I discuss selection on the beverage page. Check with graduate about local taste prefs.
Maybe a gallon of unsweetened ice tea? Some splenda or stevia.
96 8oz of bottle water- hot outside, go for a larger bottle

If this saves you time, trouble, or money, please make a donation, maybe a dime per guest, to support this site. Thanks.
