Regenia, lots of this info is available on site, so do please make a donation for this guide. Maybe a dime per kid.

bone in chicken 300 pieces- OK
ham- 25 pounds
Have spicy and French's mustard
mostaccioli 2 lg.full pans (one no meat)- this is about 24 servings per pan- OK
mashed potatoes enough for 150- 40 pounds potatoes- with all the starchy salad, you only need for 100
gravy enough for 150- 10 quarts
baked beans- 5-6 #10 cans
southern style green beans- 28 pounds
corn- 28 pounds

raw veggies and dip- use the veggie tray page, consider doing 1 classic relish tray and raw trays for 75
fruit, strawberries, pineapple, grapes- use the fruit tray page, deluxe tray for 100 would be plenty

coleslaw- 4 gallons
lettuce salad - do for 100, use the plan for 100 salad section
jellos enough for 100- 17 small packages
pasta salad- 8 pounds dry pasta
potato salad- 40 pounds potatoes
rolls enough for 150- 300
butter 4-5 pounds

cake enough for 150- full sheet cuts 50. You could do a 2 layer full sheet and a 2 layer 1/2 sheet
cookies enough for 150- 1 each of at least 2 and up to 4 kinds

drinks- see the beverage planning page, depends on soda, tea, lemonade or punch
Water- 2 bottles per person
If there are lots of adults, add dinner level coffee
