I had a vegatarian dish in a Thai restaurant that used "duck" meat. It was delicious with the look and tast of duck. I wondered if anyone knows where to purchase it.

This is one of the many types of "Buddhist meats" made from wheat gluten or seitan, usually with a ceackly skin made from "yuda: or soy milk skins. Start by asking the restaurant owner. It is usually availabke frozen or sometimes canned in oriental groceries, ca;;ed "mock duck"
