Graduation Party
Serena

I'm planning my child's graduation party (june-2006). We plan to sereve 40-50 adults. Italian Beef, mostaccioli, salad, bread, baked bean, potato salad, cole slaw, veggie tray, fruit bowl, beer, tea, leamonade. Is this menu ok? suggestions? How much of each do I need to make.
Thanks,
ellen

Sounds great. I might use just one of the baked bean or potato salad adue to the pasta casserole, and with the slaw and the veggie tray I might skip the salad. I presume there will be a cake or some such, dessert-wise?

Use the quantities for 100 tables and prepare an initial estimate, and email it to me, I will check it for you. On the spaghetti page there is a mosaciolli recipe that serves 120, you can use 1/3 to 40% of the amounts to estimate you pasta.
