Hello ...This is the Menu...Meat Balls, Pork Loin Roast (boneless) Turkey (cooked and served cold)Mashed Potatoes and gravy. Also perogies, cabbage rolls, coleslaw, pasta salad, Caesar salad, and Buns. How much should I prepare of each it is being served buffet style !?

Hi, James,
for 150 people

Meat Balls, 20 pounds, 6 quarts sauce
Pork Loin Roast (boneless), 1 pound raw per 4
Turkey (cooked and served cold), 1 pound cooked per 6-8

Mashed Potatoes, 50 pounds raw
gravy, 2 1/2 to 3 gallons
perogies, 2 small per person. or 1 large
cabbage rolls, 200-250 small

coleslaw, 30 pounds cabbage, or 3 1/2- 4 gallons
pasta salad, 8 pounds dry pasta
Caesar salad, use the plan for 100 list and do for 100-125.

Buns, 2 small per person
