cooking 35 pounds of pork tenderloin

I need to cook 35lbs of pork tenderloin for 70 people saturday and I am going to use large roasters. I cut pork tenderloins in half and stuff with bread dressing and ty with string. How long should I plan on the cooking time?

I match all the roast sizes, figure the approximate cooking time for the smaller piece in the oven, then add 30 minutes for each additional piece. Use an instant read thermometer or a wireless probe and cook by temperature. Start checking at the end of the first end point.
