I have a recipe for slaw that serves 6-8 people, and I need to convert it to serve 100 people. Does anyone know what I need to do to make this happen. Help greatly appreciated.

Lisa, if yiu go to the slaws pasta and potato salads page in Big Pots, you will find several recipes for different cole slaws for 100 people. Use the one that is closest to your recipe to figure your new larger quantities and then make whatever changes you need (for example, celry seed in the dressing) to bring it close to your home/small recipe.
