Another question regarding our relaxed wedding dinner. Earlier I quoted our menu as Shredded Beef, Baked Potato Bar w/ fixins, Tossed Salad, Dinner Rolls and Corn on the Cob. The local corn will not be ready until 3 weeks later, so the bride chose to replace it with a cold broccoli salad (broccoli, raisins, crumbled bacon, nuts and red onion). For 125 people, 20 being small children, would you be able to tell me how much of the broccoli salad ingredients I would need? Thanks.

You want about 2 1/2 gallons per 100, so 3 gallons would be plenty.
