I am planning on having the following:
Fruit tray - 1 leg watermelon, 5 cantelope, 3pds grapes
Baked beans - 3 pounds
2 cheesy potatoes 9x13 pans
3 lasagna 9x13 pans
Pasta salad 3 pounds
Chicken - 170 pieces
Rolls - 12 dozen
Vege tray
Spiral slice ham 25 pounds
Should I adjust my totals and or menu?

Dawn, if this is an evening (dinner time) party, or a lunch time party, for 160 teenagers this menu is very very light.

Fruit tray - 1 leg watermelon, 5 cantelope, 3 pds grapes. See the fruit tray page, do 1 1/2 times the amounts for the deluxe fruit tray

Baked beans - 3 pounds- I do 8 pounds dry beans per 100, that is about 3 1/2 gallons per 100

2 cheesy potatoes 9x13 pans- only 20 servings, For this crowd I would do 140-150

Pasta salad 3 pounds- I would do 9 pounds dry pasta, about 18-20 pounds made up

Rolls - 2 small or 1 1/2 large per person- at least 20 pounds total
Veg tray- see veg tray page- 20 pounds veggies, 5-6 quarts dip

Chicken - 170 pieces- OK
Spiral slice ham 25 pounds- OK, none left
3 lasagna 9x13 pans- 10 servings per pan, I would do at least 10 pans

If this saves you time, trouble, or money, consider a donation, maybe a dime per person, to support this site.

Not too many teenagers...really the majority will be adults. I will add Italian sausage/pepper/potato dish that will serve 30 people. Also add another ham and ip the pasta salad and beans. Thank you for your help. Very appreciated.
