How much shredded BBQ beef for 125 sandwiches?
Jennifer Coleman ksjennifercole@yahoo.com 10/06/05	We are doing a fundraiser for my son's sophomore class...selling shredded BBQ beef sandwiches, chips, cookie, and pop combo. I haven't cooked for that many and have no idea how many lbs. of roast we'll have to cook to shred. I would GREATLY appreciate your input! Thanks a million!
ellen 10/06/05	1 pound of fairly lean raw boneless beef makes 5 sandwiches. So 25 to 30 pounds chuck would do it. Crockpot Italian roast would be very ggod for this.
