wedding reception planning for 300

Im doing my daughters wedding for 300 people and we are having only appetizers, veggie, fruit, meatballs, weiners and ham/turkey sandwiches with cheese balls and cubes, Im not sure how much to get or plan for.

Kim, do please read my article about self-catering a wedding. Then, amounts depend on time of day, if it is tidbits after a 1 PM wedding, you are in a whole different ball park from an 11 AM wedding, when the folks will basically be devouring your offerings as lunch, and will eat twice as much. Also, whether alocohol is served. You can email me at the updates address below with your details.
