Having a pig roast for 150 people as a Wedding Reception. Also having Fried Chicken and Rigatoni and many sides..... How much of each would I need

Each pound of the raw whole pig counts as 1 serving. 2 pieces of chicken counts as 1 serving. 1 cup of rigatoni casserole (1/10 of a 9x13 pan) counts as 1 serving. You need about 170-180 servings, depends on sides, time of day, etc.

1 gallon total of sides for each 10 people, see the queantities for 100 page and the BBQ and brisket page for more help and ideas.
