Hors d'oerves for my Wedding

My friends/family and I are doing the food for my wedding. The wedding is at 2:30 with the reception right after that. The guest list may be between 75 and 90 people and we are doing hors d'oerves. Our menu is meatballs, vegetable trays, fruit bowl, high rollers, and of course cake. I saw you said for meatballs to do 1 pound per 6 people. Are the charts accurate for the veggies and fruit?

If this is the full menu, I would do 1 pound per 5. The rest is accurate. I would add one creamy or dippy thing with chips or bread.
