Pan recommendations for cooking grains?

I am needing to replace a much loved heavy cast aluminum pan with Silverstone inside. I use it all the time to cook grains, like rice, kamut, etc. I can't find anything like it. As I am more health conscious now, I would like to find something that won't do any harm to my health, AND won't result in sticking. The latter criteria rules out stainless steel in my book. Any suggestions on what else might work?

Sorry to say, I have never found a pan that did not have a non-stick coating and still worked slick for grains. There are few new non-sticks that are safer and hold better at higher heats, nice if you roast the grains first. And the enameled cast iron pots are pretty good for grains.
