Can you please provide me with an estimated shopping list of ingredients for Chicken Cesaer Salad for 300 people. This will be the main course, not a side dish. The dinner plate will also include a fresh roll and a pasta or fruit salad. Wedding cake for dessert.

Nope. You need one chicken breast and 4-5 ounces spring greens per person, croutons and dressing discussed on the plan for 100 page.
