Only Sterno to reheat
I am preparing food for my daughter's Sweet 16. We will have no use of an oven at the hall. I will be making baked ziti for 80 people (60 are teens), maybe sandwiches, too. I will have a green salad and bread and desserts. How many trays of baked ziti should I make? Should I use the standard 1/2 trays or shallow 1/2 trays? Can I put the trays on the sternos to reheat? I can heat some before I get to the hall, but I can't fit everything in the oven. HELP!
Buy or borrow 2-3 electric roasters, it is not safe to reheaqt over Sternos. About 12 pounds of dry pasta, teens eat a lot.
