I have read (or else interpreting) different amounts of meat and getting stressed! Feeding approximately 85-100 people taco bar. I am serving ground beef and chicken with rice, black beans and refried beans. Friends are providing other Mexican dishes.
How much ground beef would I need? Chicken?

To my knowledge you can get about 5 or 6 per pound. I would make 25lbs so if anything you will have alittle left over.

When serving beef and chicken, general experience is 5/8 beef, 3/8 chicken. 24 pounds is about right- use lean burger- 15 beef, 9 chicken.
