I just finished feeding 120 people Friday night and breakfast, lunch and dinner on Sat and Sun. I volunteered this for a swim meet. The coaches, officials and volunteers loved it! Thanks for all the wonderful advise on this site. A special Thank You to Ellen for the site and the great advice - electric roasters are a must when you don't have a kitchen!!!! I had many compliments and I feel I set the bar high for the next event! - lol! Thank You all!!!!
