portabello mushrooms
Hello from sunny florida!! I am planning on grilling some large portabello mushrooms as a meat replacement for some vegetarian friends this weekend at a cookout at my home. Could you please suggest some options for a marinade for these before grilling? I was thinking of using a balsamic vinegarette or perhaps some worsteshire sauce.I will be serving these on rolls along with beef burgers for the non vegetarian folks. Any ideas that you have would be greatly appreciated. Thanks and have a blessed day!
Olive oil, a little balsamic vinegar and Italian type herbs, a little crushed garlic. Use the same for brushing on while grilling.
