Orange Dijon Wedding Chicken
I would like to make Orange Dijon Wedding chicken for my nieces wedding. You say I can make it in advance. Once I brown and freeze the chicken. Can I finish cooking it in the roasters the day of the wedding. Please emailme if possible.
The entire how to on making this ahead and freezing is on the recipe page. After you study that, write back with some specific questions.
"To reheat in electric roasters, butter/Pam the pans well, place 3 thawed recipes in each roaster, and reheat covered at 325 degrees for about 1 to 1 1/2 hours"

When you refer to reheat covered at 325 for about 1 to 1 1/2 hours. Do you mean cook.
no additional cooking time is needed? I can carry it cold, and then cook in roasters at the hall.

This is pre-cooked and frozen, then thawed in the refrigerator overnight and reheated, it takes about 1 1/2 hours.
If I am missunderstanding Please correct.
I will Brown well in oil. Cool as fast as possible. and Freeze. Remove from freezer thaw overnight in refrigerator. Cook or reheat in roaster for 1or 1 1/2 hours.
