Reheated potatoes are never as good. Can you go with another dish? Creamed potatoes, roasted, smashed new potatoes, etc?

I can go with roasted or even the smashed new potatoes.

This smashed new potato recipe allows you to boil ahead, then roast for just 20 minutes. They are very tasty.
