Hi I am catering a party for 60-75 people she wants wing dings, meatballs, pinwheel sandwiches, sausage and maybe one more meat and 2 pastas and 3 salads. I am trying to get a good cost can you please help me

No, Sheila, costs vary too much be region and supplier. You need to make your own estimates of amounts and price them yourself locally.
For the assorted meats, assuming this party is 3 hours long or over a mealtime I would allow:
wing dings, 3-6 pieces per person
meatballs, 1 pound per 5 people
pinwheel sandwiches, 3 pieces per person
sausage, 1 pound per 5 people.
