Hi,
I would like to cook a asian dishe " Beef broccoli" and I really need to know how many pound of beef and broccoli I need for 400 people.

Usually this is served as one of several dishes, so you make quite a bit less than if it is the only dish. Are you serving just one, or several dishes?
