Cooking tamale pie in a 18 quart roaster

Hi Ellen,
Is it possible to use the pan part of a 18 quart roaster to bake a tamale pie in the oven? I want to assemble everything in the roaster and bake the pie in the oven and then keep it warm using the roaster. Is this possible? If so, what oven temp should I use to bake the cornbread topping?

Turn down to 180 to hold, replace the cotton dishtowel if damp. See the other post also.
