Hi, Im looking for a sauce recipe or two that would be relatively easy to make in a large batch. It would be best I think if it wasnt a meat sauce as I am trying to cater a party on a budget and am already having to make meatballs as well. It is for about 100 people so any info on how much pasta and all that would be very helpful as well. Thanks for any help

Take a look at the spaghetti sauce for 100 on the spaghetti page, scaled down from the eldorado sauce for 1000. If serving just one sauce, you need about 10 gallons, 2 or more, 12. Lots of quantity info same page.
