I need to know how many servings are in a large sterno tray? I am having scrabled eggs, chipped beef and pancakes but I am not sure how much I need of each thing. I am also having doughnuts and muffins, bacon, ham and things along that line but the main dishes are the eggs and chipped beef and pancakes. I just dont know how to tell how many servings are in a sterno tray full or half trays.

A 2 1/2 inch deep one holds about 7 quarts, number of servings depends on the size of the serving.
Pancakes are a really bad choice for this size breakfast. Baked French toast, muffins or coffee cake, much better.
