How many chicken breasts should I cook to make chicken salad for 80 people?

One pound of breast makes 2 cups of cubes, so you would just translate for whatever recipe you were using; some have more chicken than other stuff, some have more other stuff, so it varies from recipe to recipe. The table in plan for 100 gives quantities for sandwiches vs. entrees vs. receptions.
