Left frozen turkey in car overnight at 39* out,
Hi, I left my large turkey in car overnight at about 39* out. I brought it in around 10am the next day. I have had it in fridge for a few days. Should I throw it away? Please help,...

Put Turkey in body of email...

I would have cooked it right away. If it was still icy when you brought it in, and the package is not swelling, go ahead and cook it. Just make sure you do the full temp, not my usual slightly lower temps.
