Roast beef rub

Please help.....I made the roast beef rub as suggested on this page but does anyone know if it's mildly spicy or very spicy. I have about 10 kids and 30 adults. I don't like very spicy dishes and didn't want to over do it with this rub.

If you want very little spice, use just 1 tablespoon chili powder.
