Would like to use the mixed baby salad greens (usually get it at Costco by the box). How do I compare needed amounts with the tossed bag salad amounts listed on your salad page...they're much lighter in weight? Serving 130...any suggestions? thank you.

On the box, they estimate the number of servings, it's in the nutrition section. This will do pretty well for side salad estimates. Entree salads, almost double the amount per serving.

A side salad is the little 5" plate next to the dinner plate. An entree salad is the dinner plate full of salad and toppings.
