We're large family is getting together after church on Christmas Eve and I will serve sandwiches and salads along with cookies and ice cream. I need to know how many pounds of cold cuts I will need for about 25 of us. I will have roast beef, turkey breast, salami and roast beef. I also need to know how much sliced cheese I will need. HELP! I don't want many leftovers.

Hi, Ethel,
Go to the sandwich page and use 1/4 the amount for 100- add a bit more if you expect heavy eaters.
